Rachell is a dedicated personal trainer and Licensed Veterinary Technician with a deep passion for animals and a commitment to being a voice for the voiceless. This dedication is driven by a love for all creatures and ensuring they receive the best care possible.

As the journey evolved, another passion emerged—stepping out of her comfort zone and earning 1st and 2nd place trophies on NPC/IFBB stages. These accomplishments paved the way to where she stands today.

With over a decade of experience in health and fitness, her mission is to help individuals transform their lives through fitness and nutrition. Having faced personal challenges—struggling to find the right balance, motivation, and a healthy relationship with nutrition—Rachell understands the journey firsthand. Through perseverance and learning, fitness goals were not only achieved but also translated into valuable knowledge for guiding others toward success.
